How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your data collected through our Meta application, please follow one of the methods below.

Option 1 — Remove the App via Facebook

You can delete your data by removing our app from your Facebook account.

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
3. Click Apps and Websites.
4. Select SBD Social MCP.
5. Click Remove.

Once removed, Facebook will notify our system and we will begin deleting your associated data.

Option 2 — Submit a Manual Data Deletion Request

You may also request deletion directly by contacting our support team.

Please send your request to:

Please include the following information:

• Your Full Name
• Your Facebook Email Address
• Your Facebook User ID (if available)
• Any relevant account information

We will process all valid requests within 30 business days.

What Data We Delete

Upon verification of your request, we will delete applicable user data associated with our application, including:

• Facebook profile information collected through Facebook Login
• Connected application account data
• Stored application preferences
• Associated customer records linked to the application

Certain information may be retained temporarily when required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security and auditing purposes
